Richard Adsero - Business Development Director (North America)

Prior to joining GBI, Richard was a registered professional electrical engineer with 37 years of hands-on involvement with the challenges of surface mining - mine engineering and development, front line supervision and management, and over 20 years of project management and corporate level leadership for continuous improvement and critical technologies at various mining operations.

Responsibilities have included the relocation of large draglines and shovels, design and construction of a four mile conveyor and crushing facilities, creation of a proprietary dragline production monitoring and operator self-improvement system, coal drying project team which created a patented process, work with lime rock operations, facilities planning for an IGCC power plant, and work in India on new mine operations and facilities.
