GBI Training

Mines want to make improvements and manage change effectively to achieve cost effectiveness, but few can spare the time of the people to do so. GBI's training programs are proficiency-based and designed to take operators to higher levels of competency and proficiency working with their individual learning pace. Operators only progress to the next stage of training when they demonstrate they have achieved the required standard as measured by testing and performance data.
