GBI is a mining consultancy specialising in mining equipment productivity. GBI's success can be attributed to its team of engineers, IT professionals, management and Administrative professionals who maintain an extensive skill base and over 250 years of collective mining industry experience.

Since 1998 GBI has been gathering production data from trucks, electric rope shovels, front end loaders, hydraulic excavators, backhoes and drills and maintains over 800 years of dragline data. This data is not available anywhere else in the world.

With a well established Australian base, GBI has offices in Africa and South America with plans to expand further into India and the United States of America.
